The Dive Las Vegas Instructional Team offers beginner through career levels of certifications. We are PADI Instrucors (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) the largest certification agency in the world, TDI Insructors (Technical Diving International) and SDI Instructors (SCUBA Diving International) as well. All we do is teach, so our instructors are held to a higher standard thus allowing us to provide you the best professional service available in the Las Vegas area.
Dive Las Vegas certifications are exclusively scheduled throught the City of Hendersons Parks and Recreation Department with pools conveniently located throughout the area. We are also doing discover scuba experiences through select 24 Hour Fitness Centers as well. Your certification experience with Dive Las Vegas will most likely prove to be one of the most fulfilling experiences you may ever achieve.
Snorkeling / Surface Supplied Snorkeling Experience
PADI Instructors teach proper skin diving/snorkeling techniques to enthusiast who want more out of their swimming experiences. Surface Supplied Snorkeling is the newest addition to the snorkeling family that allows for breathing at the surface without the snorkel. Participants will get to earn certification cards 6 years of age and up. Availability is limited e-mail or call to set up a session.
Price: $30.00 includes gear, briefing, 1 hour pool session with instructor.

SCUBA / Bubblemaker Experiemce 
Give breathing underwater a try for the first time!!! You will be professionally shown what it is like to breath underwater in the confines of the shallow area of a pool. Offered once a month and scheduled through the City of Henderson. Adults must accompany participants 6-12 years. 6 years of age and up. All abilities are welcome.
Price: $30.00 includes gear, briefing, 15 to 20 minute pool session with instructor.
SCUBA
Diver Experience
A PADI SCUBA Diver certification through the City of Henderson will be one of the most rewarding experiences you will ever accomplish. The class will consist of three pool/class sessions followed by a day at Lake Mead completing your certification with a 2-tank dive. This all-inclusive Certification will allow you to dive anywhere in the world with a Divemaster or higher to 40 feet and can be upgraded if you wish. Don't let excuses deny you this "Why did I wait so long" chance pass you or your family by! Ages 10 and up, under 18 need a parent release. The perfect course for those who don't have time or just want to dive once or twice a year in a Caribbean destination. Boat Diving available for extra fee.

Open Water Diver or SCUBA Diver UpGrade
Your PADI Open Water SCUBA adventure with is the most popular diving course in the world. Dive Today with 5 pool/class sessions followed by two separate days of 2-tank dives at Lake Mead. You will be able to dive anywhere in the world to a depth limit of 60 feet with your buddy. Ages 10 and up, under 18 need a parent release. Boat Diving available for extra fee.

in your future exploration of the underwater world. Open Water dives
are not required, but encouraged!
You get the book work done from home, complete each quiz and the final
exam, we send a Nitrox Scuba Diver Card to you. That is it! Begin your

This Nitrox Scuba Diving home study course allows you to learn at your own pace. Everything is done online, so there is nothing to download. Simply add the course to your shopping cart and we will send you a Username and Password so you can log on to the course right away. Students can complete the course entirely from home or office at any time of the day or night. Don't spend valuable vacation time in the classroom! Get the book work done from home! This Nitrox scuba course is designed to teach you the Physics and Physiology of Nitrox Scuba Diving. Graduates receive a Certificate of Completion and Nitrox Scuba Certification Card that is recognized anywhere in the world.
After completing each section, you will be given a quiz. You must receive a 100% score on each quiz before proceeding to the next section. Don't worry, our staff of Certified Instructors will help you, FREE of charge, if you get stuck!

Adventure Dive
Here is your chance to sample some of diving's most popular specialties and expand your diving skills. The program's focus is to allow you to continue learning and getting comfortable with the new skills you have just aquired in the presence of an Instructor to help you pick up the ins and outs of thoseyou have two core dives are underwater navigation and deep diving. Additional elective dives might include boat diving, drift diving, multilevel diving, underwater photography, wreck diving, night diving or other specialty activities.
The Adventure Diver Certification requires three dives and can count towards the Advanced Diver Certification.
Price: $180.00 includes 3 dives and rental gear. (Books available for purchase)
Advanced Diver
The same as the adventure diver program but add two more dives which have to include deep and under water navigation.
Solo Diver (Unavailable
Until Further Notice)The Solo Diver Course is not for everybody but it is definately a welcomed certification for those who qualify. For more information look in our Technical Diving section.
Focus on the underwater activities that interest you the most. Specialty certification exposes you to exciting new skills and environments. Boat Diver, Cavern Diver, Deep Diver, Enriched Air Diver, Equipment Specialist, Emergency Equipment Repair, Night Diver, Search and Recovery, Underwater Photographer and Wreck Diver are just a few. Most courses can be completed in a weekend, with emphasis on hands on learning!
Price: $125 to $225 depending on the required amount of dives, includes books and instructor.
For both divers and non-divers, this revolutionary course teaches CPR and first aid, important prerequisites for Rescue Diver certification.
Price: $125.00 includes books, certification card and 8 hours of class time.
When you complete the PADI Adventure Diver, Rescue Diver and any five PADI specialty courses, you are eligible to earn a PADI Master Scuba Diver rating. This prestigious rating is the highest nonprofessional credential in recreational diving and at Dive Las Vegas you will get the most for your time including FUN!!!

The PADI Rescue Diver course brings your skill level full circle. The key to a better diver is experience. At the very least every diver should consider the Rescue Course to properly prepare you for all the potential things that a diver can become involved in which you will be trained to recognize.
PADI Divemaster
If your love of diving interests you in a full or part-time dive career, this is your 1st step on the professional path. Divemaster training develops your diving leadership abilities by expanding your knowledge to a professional level, and by training you to supervise activities and assist with divers in training. The Dive Las Vegas Course includes the Emergency Equipment Repair Course and the Tank VIP course.
PADI Assistant Instructor
Valuable preparation for PADI Instructor training, the Assistant Instructor course provides hands on teaching experience, all under the direct supervision of a PADI Instructor.
